Booking & Reservation
All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp or official communication channels.
Customers must provide accurate information including name, pick-up date, destination, and contact details.
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
Early booking is highly recommended during peak seasons.
Payment Policy
Payment can be made in cash (IDR) or other agreed methods.
Full payment is required at the beginning of the service unless agreed otherwise.
Prices listed are per vehicle, not per person.
Prices include driver and fuel unless stated differently.
Cancellation & Changes
Customers may reschedule based on availability.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to charges.
Aqila Lombok Tour & Travel reserves the right to cancel services due to weather, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Pick-Up & Waiting Policy
Customers must be ready at the agreed pick-up time.
Drivers will wait up to 30 minutes unless prior notice is given.
Airport pick-up includes flight monitoring when flight details are provided.
Driver & Vehicle Policy
All vehicles are maintained regularly for safety and comfort.
Drivers are experienced local professionals.
Smoking inside vehicles is not allowed unless agreed.
Customers are responsible for personal belongings.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must follow local laws and safety regulations.
Any damage caused intentionally may be charged to the customer.
Aqila Lombok Tour & Travel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, natural events, or third parties.
